Hi, is there some implementation that uses zkSNARKs or STARKs?
It can be Ethererum or Hyperledger or any other.

Not currently, and my knowledge of how zero knowledge proofs work is a bit bare, but Blockcerts is moving to the Verifiable Credential standard and it should be possible then. Since that standard allows for zkp’s.
