Problems in understanding Docker

Hi all,
I am following the cert-issue installation steps here https://github.com/blockchain-certificates/cert-issuer .
I am not able to understand the step
docker commit <container for your bc/cert-issuer> my_cert_issuer

What is the name of the container in which we have build the bc/cert-issue image?
Please note that I followed the github page exactly as it is.

If you don’t mind, can you sort things out for me ? I follow exactly the same way in github, but I’m still stuck .
