Findings from Georgia Tech's C21U Blockcerts Usability Testing (with 12 students)

Hey everyone!

Here at Georgia Tech’s Center for 21st Century Universities Lab (C21U), we recently wrapped up Blockcerts Wallet usability testing with 12 students. Usability testing is a research method that, as the name implies, seeks to understand whether users (students in this case) can successfully use an application to complete core tasks.

If you’re interested in hearing the usability testing findings, you can read a summary in this blog post, or hear more details in this video walkthrough of the study findings. Let me know if you have any reactions or questions!
