I’m discovering blockcerts and sounds great. Some questions to better understand how it works :
a) have you forked the bitcoincore blockchain, or rewrite something new ? (If I’m right you’ve created your own network, true ?)
b) is there a way to look for the registry
c) do you have any timeline / roadmap ?

Welcome! In regard to your questions:
a) Blockcerts is not a new network, but rather a standard for reading/writing to any blockchain. The current libraries are focused on anchoring/verifying records on the Bitcoin Blockchain, but this will soon expand to include other blockchains.
b) There is no central registry.
c) The roadmap for ongoing development is located here.
