Hello, please tell us about the address when writing to the block chain.
Where should I write the certificate when I bundle the certificates of multiple people?
Who is the issuer? Or one of the recipients?
Or, because the writing destination is not a problem, is it an appropriate address?

Destination is not a problem. Typically the destination is the issuer’s address in the case of bitcoin so that any change is returned to the issuer.
