(V3) Verifier: I got an error "Buffer is not defined"

Hi community,

I made the following VC as Blockcerts V3 schema using cert-issuer==3.0.1.
I used did:web for issuer’s did and made a transaction on Ethereum Ropsten.

After then, I tried to verify the generated VC on my local verifier and https://www.blockcerts.org/.
I got an error “Buffer is not defined” like this.

ensures buffer is available when converting into ETH address
