http://www.pistis.ai is released in China which allows the organizations/users to issue their own certifications on blockchain.

It aims to resolves the fake documents problem in China which is pretty severe. It simplifies the processes of issuing certifications on blockchain.

The organizations just need to create an account, get verified, and then purchase a package which includes a number of certifications.

It supports the cross verifications with blockcerts.org.

Pistis.ai website is not working at all. Is it a copy of Pistis.io, which has been used by universities and individual learners, and is issuing both certificates and transcripts? There is a Chinese version of Pistis.io and it is called 诚信区块链。
