Need to understand the API call

When I verify the certificate in the https://www.blockcerts.org/ then the default call has been generated from the certificate verifier which looks like https://test.it/api/event/certificate

In this call what should we have to do with and is there any comparison we have to do with a status called verified

because I’m facing the error Transaction occurred at time when issuing address was not considered valid. This error is related to the API call?

Fixed.

This is a hook and I have created the API in my platform to receive the collection of data with status when the certificate verification.
