How to get issuer_public_key to put in conf.in in cert_tools

Hi
I am fairly new to blockcerts and trying to replicate it.
I am using cert_tools to create a custom certificate.

I have few doubts doubts -

  1. How can I get the issuer_public_key to mention in conf.ini in the cert_tools repo?

  2. I created block id using Free Online GUID Generator
    Is it correct?

  3. Just after creating the cert_tools how can we view the certificate?

I will the use this certificate in cert-issuer to move forward.
