I am looking at documentation related to using cert-issuer from below link

However the highlighted link in the below documentation doesnt work for me. Can anyone share the correct path?

If you do want to use a local bitcoin node, see details about installing and configuring a bitcoin node for use with cert-issuer before continuing.
