How to start with Blockcerts?

Hello,

I am new to blockchain and I have to issue the digital certificates to the entities in the network.
I have read about Blockcerts but I didn’t get any clue that how to run it or to issue those certificates to entities.
Is there any sample demo/code that shows how to use these?
Can anyone help me to understand more about Blockcerts clearly…

Here is a quick start guide for developers. If you don’t have the resources to deploy code, you will need to contract with one of the many commercial vendors that sell SaaS product for issuing Blockcerts.
