Exposing public identity in school official website - strict requirement?

Hi,

New to Blockcerts! I was whether issuers need an official website to use Blockcerts.

I think Blockcerts could have a real use for my own project, but unfortunately, my issuers will not have official websites. Would it be possible for me to generate profile pages on my own website for issuers that expose their public identity as an alternative solution?

Hi Mickey,

the issuer profile can be hosted wherever you feel appropriate for your system, but needs to be publicly accessible (for instance I use github as host for development purposes).

Just make sure you can easily update the documents as they host the public keys (issuing address) of the issuer.
