Error with Cert issuer

I have been getting the following error in the cert-issuer.

bash-4.3# cert-issuer -c /etc/cert-issuer/conf.ini
WARNING - Your app is configured to skip the wifi check when the USB is plugged in. Read the documentation to ensure this is what you want, since this is less secure

Is there a way that I could solve this error?

You sure? Coz, I have been breaking my head looking at why it isn’t working.
Also is there a stepwise documentation for Windows users?

Thank you.

should be waiting for a while and it generates the certificates  that is how i solved the issue. i am working on ubuntu which i found it easier to move forward.
