Can a Blockcert be translated?

Hi everybody, I am a recent graduate and due to the pandemic my bachelor’s degree was issued via Blockcerts and not physically.
Now I am applying for a master’s degree in another country but they won’t accept my Blockcerts degree because it cannot be translated (its original language is Spanish). I have searched a lot through the internet but had no luck finding much information about this.
Does anybody know if the original certificate can be translated to english?

Hi,

as such you won’t be able to translate the diploma and keep it valid (any modification to the document itself renders it void).

I only see 2 options: talk to the issuing entity to see what they can do to issue the diploma in English, or look up some options to provide a certified translation (maybe digital too?) of your diploma.
