Blockcerts verifier requires api key?

Does block certs verifiier GitHub - blockchain-certificates/blockcerts-verifier: A Blockcerts verifier and viewer requires api key?

when i run it to verify transaction it returns transaction for the first time but for some reason it again tries to fetch transaction data and gets “MAX limit reached use API key”.

Is there way the apikey can be configured or added in blokccerts verifier?
