Android app issue adding credential

Hi everyone.

I got a new phone from ios to android. I got the app downloaded and i shared the file. I went to add credential and imported it. Then the credential showed up but after i clicked the back arrow it wasnt there. I tried closing and opening and reinstalling. I can add the credential every time but sone reason it just goes away. Please if anyone can help this credential is my uni degree.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for reporting the issue, there must be a bug in the storage system. Could you answer the following questions:

  • do you import by URL or by selecting the file from your phone’s file system?
  • does the credential verify when you are able to see it?
  • which version of Android are you using?

Sorry I didn’t get a notification of your issue and only see it now.

Hi,

I import using the file. I downloaded it on my old phone and sent it to my new phone.

When I add the credential, none of the buttons at the bottom are responsive. Share or verify does not work.

I am using the latest new version. Android 16 and One UI 8.0.

I also had another issue I wanted to discuss privately. It is regarding some issues I faced when trying to troubleshoot with someone from the support team.
