There’s multiple backup API’s in case there’s issues with one or the other.

You can see that it did pass with another API and the issued certificate is located at that location on your computer.

Thanks for your reply. I got the certificate on my computer, but when I tried to verify it, I failed. According to the transaction d1e15dc8e7fe7312818fb7913567eff773a8179c1631d9f999c7cea8dfe88d3d, I sent the information of certification to myself instead of the address of recipient. I guess it is the reason for failure. I do not know how to do to fix this bug. Could you help me? I could show more information if you need.
