# Problem adding credential

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with uploading credentials from my phone. When I try to upload files all of the files are grey (despite trying out different formats). Am I stupid and missed something?

sorry it is unclear what you are trying to accomplish. Could you provide more details and maybe some screenshots?
