# Need to understand the API call

When I verify the certificate in the [https://www.blockcerts.org/](https://www.blockcerts.org/) then the default call has been generated from the certificate verifier which looks like [https://test.it/](https://test.it/) **api/event/certificate**

In this call what should we have to do with and is there any comparison we have to do with a status called **verified**

because I’m facing the error **Transaction occurred at time when issuing address was not considered valid.** This error is related to the API call?
