Purpose of blockcerts_v2_alpha?

Hello,

I found out that there is a repository called"blockcerts_v2_alpha" in Github, without any documentation. As each component required for creating, issuing, verifying, and viewing certificates are already there, I wonder what is the purpose of the repository.

That’s a temporary repository during some cleanup. I’m deleting it soon in fact.
